Terms of Service

Effective date: 4 August 2026

1. Scope. YSO Music Content Tools ("the App") is an internal tool operated by YSO Music exclusively for the label's own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.
2. Function. The App uploads the label's own artwork as unposted drafts to the label's TikTok inbox via TikTok's official Content Posting API. Publishing is always performed manually by the label inside the TikTok app.
3. Acceptable use. The App is used in accordance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms. It performs no automated posting, engagement, or data collection.
4. Content. All content handled by the App is owned by or licensed to YSO Music.
5. Liability. The App is provided as-is for internal use; YSO Music assumes responsibility for its own use of the tool.
